Schulich Toastmasters provides a platform for self-confidence and personal growth by maintaining a supportive and positive learning environment. We empower our members to develop their communication and leadership skills.

With weekly meetings, Schulich Toastmasters strives to enhance members' communication skills. If communication is your weakness, at Toastmasters you can make it your strength. If it is your strength, then we can help you make it a talent. Here at Toastmasters, we aim to be more than just an impressive line on your resume. Upon joining the club, you join a group of committed members, together with which, you will quickly learn how to communicate ideas effectively to any kind and number of potential listeners.

Please proceed only if you intend to start your Strategy/International Field Study ("601" / "602") in the Summer 2021 term and you have completed the following enrolment requirements:

Eligibility Requirements for full-time MBA students:
* Successful completion of all 5000-series Required Foundations of Management Core Courses
* Concurrent enrolment in SGMT 6000 3.0 (i.e., students have to have completed or be enrolled in SGMT 6000 when they start their 601)

Eligibility Requirements for part-time MBA students:
* Successful completion of all 5000-series Required Foundations of Management Core Courses
* Successful completion of SGMT 6000 3.0
* Successful completion of at least 4 elective courses

Eligibility Requirements for IMBA students:
* Successful completion of all IMBA 5000-series core courses, except IMBA 5300 9.0
* Typically, IMBA students complete IMBA 5300 (International Work Term) before starting their 602. In some cases, IMBA students may start the 602 concurrently with or before starting IMBA 5300. Please seek advice from the IMBA Office.

If you do not satisfy these requirements you will need to petition the Student Affairs Committee. Petitions are typically only approved if extenuating circumstances apply. Teams will only be approved if all members satisfy the requirements or have had their petitions approved.

We're on a mission to empower female students to thrive in leadership roles in the workplace and beyond.

Women In Leadership (WIL) is a student organization serving undergraduate and graduate students at the Schulich School of Business. WIL serves the Schulich community by providing a series of professional, educational, and networking events to enhance the understanding and appreciation of women's role in business, while assisting members in reaching success in their chosen field. We do this by creating a network of business students, alumni, and business professionals to inspire and support one another.

WIL's theme and vision for this year is Our Power: Lead, Inspire, Unite. We are committed to creating a strong and diverse community by leading with open minds and empowering populations to embrace diversity and join together to attain results that are impossible to achieve alone.
