As a club, our focus is to increase diversity and inclusion within the Schulich community and the Canadian corporate pipeline. As such, we created a collective that operates from an inclusive framework that includes all experiences.
Our objective is to facilitate a coalition of students that identify as members of the black community or as allies of the Black community within Schulich in order to:

Attract top talents to the school, making it a leader in issues of diversity and inclusion
Diversify Corporate Canada
Connect members of the club with partner firms to increase the diversity of their talent pipeline
Help Members Succeed
Host events to help members bolster the knowledge and skills required to succeed in securing impactful roles
