The JDCC x Microsoft: Connect & Innovate Networking Event, hosted in collaboration with Women in Leadership UofT, is a professional development initiative designed to bridge the gap between university students and industry professionals. Taking place at Microsoft’s Canadian Headquarters in downtown Toronto, this event provides students with an immersive experience into corporate culture through interactive panels, office tours, and career-focused workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with Microsoft interns and staff from diverse departments to gain insight into career pathways, workplace adaptability, and mentorship opportunities. The inclusion of Women in Leadership UofT broadens the event’s focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace—highlighting the role of women in technology and leadership.
