Mission
The Schulich Pride Alliance is a club for both LGBT+ and straight identified students. We exist to foster social events, professional opportunities, and mentorship amongst Schulich's LGBT+ community and its allies. Membership is free and open to all.

Membership Benefits
The Schulich Pride Alliance offers four types of programming to its members. Firstly, we host social and cultural events, like our free walking tour of Toronto's gay village. Secondly, we offer opportunities for professional development, like discounted admission to conferences like Out on Bay Street. Next, we host workshops (e.g. Allyship in the Workplace) to equip students to take leadership in advocacy for inclusiveness. Lastly, we facilitate mentorship opportunities by connecting members with faculty, alumni, and community leaders, to facilitate personal and professional development.

Schulich Toastmasters provides a platform for self-confidence and personal growth by maintaining a supportive and positive learning environment. We empower our members to develop their communication and leadership skills.

With weekly meetings, Schulich Toastmasters strives to enhance members' communication skills. If communication is your weakness, at Toastmasters you can make it your strength. If it is your strength, then we can help you make it a talent. Here at Toastmasters, we aim to be more than just an impressive line on your resume. Upon joining the club, you join a group of committed members, together with which, you will quickly learn how to communicate ideas effectively to any kind and number of potential listeners.

Mission
The Wellness Certificate is a non-competitive certificate program that allows students to develop skills in 7 dimensions of wellness: Emotional, Career & Financial, Social, Physical, Financial, Intellectual, Creative, and Environment.

To complete the Wellness Certificate, students will need to attend an event or workshop for each dimension of wellness as well as attend a reflection session.

Membership Benefits
The Wellness Certificate is developed with student needs in mind. During the summer of 2021, we held a series of Open Dialogue series with Schulich to better understand their experiences and needs. From this, we developed the Wellness Certificate.

The learning outcome of the certificate program is to increase students' capacity to handle uncertain and stressful situations through developing skills in different dimensions of wellness.

The certificate is also a great item to have on your resume when applying for jobs.

We're on a mission to empower female students to thrive in leadership roles in the workplace and beyond.

Women In Leadership (WIL) is a student organization serving undergraduate and graduate students at the Schulich School of Business. WIL serves the Schulich community by providing a series of professional, educational, and networking events to enhance the understanding and appreciation of women's role in business, while assisting members in reaching success in their chosen field. We do this by creating a network of business students, alumni, and business professionals to inspire and support one another.

WIL's theme and vision for this year is Our Power: Lead, Inspire, Unite. We are committed to creating a strong and diverse community by leading with open minds and empowering populations to embrace diversity and join together to attain results that are impossible to achieve alone.
