Mission 1) To serve the Schulich community by creating a network of business students, alumni and professionals to inspire and support one another. 2) To provide a series of professional, educational and networking events designed to enhance understanding and appreciation of women’s role in business while assisting WIL members in their goals for success in their chosen field. 3) To create opportunities for members to establish key personal relationships and business contacts that help define and achieve their goals in today’s business environment and provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences. 4) To further educate the Schulich community on issues surrounding diversity and inclusion.
