We are going to cook Lo Mien!
Here are the ingredients you need to prepare:
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Agave/Maple Syrup/Honey
  • Sriracha
  • Optional but highly suggested: Cooking wine
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger (will need 2 tsp)
  • Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup cabbage
  • 1 carrot

Optional: 1 cup of tofu, chicken, or beef if you want additional protein however there is enough in the original recipe.
