Details
We are going to cook Lo Mien!
Here are the ingredients you need to prepare:
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Agave/Maple Syrup/Honey
- Sriracha
- Optional but highly suggested: Cooking wine
- 1 Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger (will need 2 tsp)
- Lo Mein Noodles
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup broccoli
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ cup cabbage
- 1 carrot
Optional: 1 cup of tofu, chicken, or beef if you want additional protein however there is enough in the original recipe.
